Many of you out there are DYING to know how I get these photos right?  Well...I find interesting 'props' and set them outside and add a little magic dust and then sit with my camera for hours WAITING for THE SHOT I want!  I'm THAT patient!  I do a LOT to ensure I'm going to somehow get a really fun shot of a bird!  It's so fun for me!  Anyway...I found this dog statue at the thrift store and a story was in the making...  here it is...



Once upon a time, a bluebird landed on a huge pink rock.  

Suddenly, a DOG busted in on the quiet scene, out of no-where and appeared to be trying to give the bluebird a 'high-five' with it's front paw!

 The bluebird was stunned! Was this dog trying to be friends? A friendship certainly couldn't be happening out of an encounter happening out of thin air!

The bluebird flew up onto the dog's hind legs and said to the dog "Hey pal!

Where exactly did you come from?". 

The dog gave no answer, he simply pointed at his feeding dish with his snout.

 The bluebird walked his way down the dog's back until he got to it's head, looked into the dog's bowl and said..."Well I certainly don't have any food for you!"

The bluebird flew down to the dog's dish and said, "Yup...I can definitely verify the fact that your dog dish is definitely empty pal!"

Then the blue bird flew once again up on to the dog's neck and he said...

"Here's the thing pal...I absolutely, positively, DON'T LIKE DOGS so it has been my PERSONAL POLICY to NOT CARRY AROUND DOG FOOD supplies!"

Then the bluebird watched as the dog took aim on the pretty pink rock he had landed on only moments ago and felt that the conversation had definitely taken a downturn.

When a bluebird looks for a family home, it carefully considers lots of important criteria...

Is the house CUTE on the outside? 

What's it like on the inside?...IF the inside of a birdhouse looks dull and needs a lot of work, the bluebird will 'pass' on the house, regardless of how cute it is on the outside!

 If a house is slanted, a smart bluebird will reject it immediately knowing it's structurally unsound.

 Of course the new bluebird home must be DISH ready so all cable television popular bird channels are accessible!

Some bluebirds will gravitate to BLUE homes of course because blue IS their favorite color after all AND...

 there is the obvious benefit of camouflage!

Some bluebirds are on the fence when it comes to bluebird criteria.

When it comes down to it...if a bluebird finds a home with a pretty perch in the doorway...

 and if the inside of that house has all the amenities...

PLUS...if it has a patio on the side with a state of the art metal roof...

THIS house will definitely be considered by a bluebird as  a 'QUALITY HOME'!
