This is a black squirrel who has been hired by the Central Intelligence Agency to spy on creatures in the garden.
He lives in a secret compartment inside a garden chicken.

Tail resting benches...
The benches were designed so that a chipmunk could perch on a small ledge while resting it's tail on a tiny 'tail bench' located just below the resting perch.
