Recently a young hawk was flying over some Minneapolis back yards when suddenly...a delicious shade of blue caught his eye...and he was compelled to make a forced landing!
What he
first thought to be a GIANT robin’s blue egg… proved to be something far
more intriguing!
The hawk
wondered briefly what species of bird could have laid such a gargantuan blue
egg AND even more importantly….how long was it going to take him to EAT IT!
For a brief moment…
the young hawk quietly pondered one nagging thought…”What if I can’t lift off and fly away after eating that entire blue
egg?”
