WHAT on EARTH is happening in this photo?
GMK
One day I was walking along a trail in the Yukon. I was near the end of my stroll when suddenly, I plunged face first down into an old well!
Luckily I had my journal with me so I was able to write about my experience at the bottom of the well.
The first day was kind of scary. But some kind birds heard me yelling ‘help’ and they flew down into the well and dropped to me some un-opened sunflower seeds to sustain me.
The birds often perched on a branch that was hanging over the mouth of the well, so I was never lonely.
There was a little water down there, some kind of a stream or something so I had water to drink.
I had my camera with me because I was taking photos of all the birds on the trail, when I fell.
I took the picture above from the bottom of the well…this is what I have been looking at for the past 5 days! The sky is always SO blue! The birds have been wonderful companions, but I really need a toothbrush. The sunflower seeds are starting to get stuck in my teeth.
On day 6 I was rescued. I was down 14 lbs just like that! What an effortless way to lose weight!
After they got all the mud off of me – it turned out my skin looked positively radiant! There must have been some good stuff in all the mud accumulated at the bottom of that well!
I’d have to say that my experience of falling in a well turned out great! I have never looked better and…now, every time I go for a walk, several birds join me and fly ahead to make SURE that there are no dangerous situations ahead!
