Al (the rock) Slate is a squirrel that has his own landscaping business. He is known in around backyards as "the rock" because there is not a stone or rock that Al can't move.
Al Slate does not use back belts or braces - he is a 'rock whisperer'.
Al loves rocks and he talks to them like they are his children. The rocks seem to respond to his gentle conversations and they make it easier to Al to move them.
When Al approaches a rock he wants to move, he begins talking to the rock in a soothing manner and then he places his paws on the rock and says, "You're in good hands with Al Slate." and it works every time! The rocks easily move beneath Al's sure and steady paws and another beautiful rock formation is born!
