Twin Peaks - the story you never saw on television

FBI Agent  Chickadee Cooper wings his way to the town of Twin Peaks to investigate a cold case that happened in 1991. It is the case concerning the kidnapping of a former FBI agent by one of the cats that lived in The Great Northern Hotel. 

 Agent Chickadee Cooper is seen here attempting to interrogate the likely cat suspect who seems to be caught in the act of criminal behavior.  The cat claimed he was framed and that he had no idea how the missing FBI agent got miniaturized and held captive inside the birdhouse he was holding.  An investigation is on-going.
